Application denial of service via inefficient word wrapping

Denial of service in Django 5.1 before 5.1.7, 5.0 before 5.0.13, and 4.2 before 4.2.20 allows attackers to interrupt applications via long strings. django.utils.text.wrap() repeatedly searches and slices the shrinking remainder of each overlong line, causing processing and copying to grow disproportionately with input length. Exposure requires application code or a template to pass attacker-controlled, very long text to wrap() or the wordwrap filter; successful processing can delay or halt the application.
