Authenticated service crash via callable RPC procedure

Denial of service in Microsoft Windows Local Session Manager allows remote authenticated users to crash the service through MS-RPC. The RpcGetSessionIds procedure remains callable through LSM's RPC interface even though the server should reject it as unimplemented, and the request crashes LSM. Low-privileged credentials and network access to the LSM named pipe are required; a successful call blocks logon, logoff, and Remote Desktop sessions.
