Improper MSC file handling in Microsoft Windows allows remote attackers to execute code as the current user after user interaction. Microsoft Management Console loads an unexpected MSC file without warning, allowing the file to evade reputation protections. Exploitation requires the target to visit a malicious page or open a malicious file, and code runs with the current user's privileges.
