Unauthenticated SQL execution via concatenated record identifier
Published Feb 18, 2025 · Updated Feb 19, 2025
SQL injection in WeGIA before 3.2.14 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL through the id_fichamedica query parameter. historico_paciente.php concatenates GET id_fichamedica directly into a PDO SELECT statement without validation or parameter binding. Its unauthenticated redirect does not terminate execution, so remote attackers can read or alter database data without an account.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
