Unauthenticated SQL injection via interpolated id_descricao

SQL injection in WeGIA before 3.2.13 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data through the id_descricao parameter. informacao_adicional.php interpolates id_descricao directly into a DELETE statement passed to PDO without validation or parameterization. An unauthenticated request still reaches this code because the failed session check redirects without terminating execution, exposing database contents and permitting table deletion.
