Reflected XSS via question bank filter

Reflected XSS in Moodle LMS 4.3.0 through 4.3.9, 4.4.0 through 4.4.5, and 4.5.0 through 4.5.1 allows remote attackers to run scripts. The question bank filter reflects attacker-controlled filter input into an HTML response without sufficient sanitization; Moodle has not published the affected parameter. A victim must open the crafted request; the resulting script runs in the Moodle origin and can read or alter data available to that browser session.
