Improper interaction-frequency control in RupeeWeb before 66.9 allows remote authenticated users to flood targets with OTP requests. Certain OTP-request API endpoints accept repeated submissions without enforcing a request-frequency limit. Valid credentials and network access to those endpoints are required; exploitation burdens the targeted system with repeated OTP traffic.
