Account compromise via project-shared Kubernetes credentials

Sensitive-information exposure in Apache CloudStack allows remote authenticated users to steal a CKS cluster creator's API keys. When a user creates a CKS cluster inside a project, CloudStack writes that caller's kubeadmin API and secret keys into the cluster's kube-system cloudstack-secret instead of using project-scoped service credentials. Any project member with access to that Kubernetes cluster can read the shared secret, impersonate the creator, and perform privileged actions against resources owned by the creator's account.
