PAT disclosure via cleartext log recording
Published Feb 11, 2025 · Updated Mar 4, 2025
Cleartext PAT storage in Salesforce Tableau Server allows attackers with log access to read personal access tokens from logging repositories. PAT handling sends the token value to a logging repository, but Salesforce has not published the responsible code path or log event. Exposure requires a PAT to be processed and access to the affected logs; integrity and availability impacts are not reported.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
