Server impersonation via mishandled host-key verification errors

Host-key verification bypass in OpenSSH 6.8p1 through 9.9p1 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to impersonate SSH servers. During DNS-based verification, sshkey_from_private returns an allocation error after attacker-driven memory exhaustion, but the caller treats any nonzero result as verified and skips remaining host-key checks. Exploitation requires an on-path position, VerifyHostKeyDNS set to yes or ask, and resource exhaustion; the accepted attacker key enables credential interception or session hijacking.
