Local information disclosure via package-name-only NLS check

Incorrect authorization in Google Android Framework 13 through 15 allows local users to disclose information without user interaction. NotificationAccessConfirmationActivity.onCreate verifies only an NLS package name rather than the requested notification-listener component, so a mismatched component passes the confirmation check. A low-privileged local app can reach the flaw without user interaction; the reported consequence is disclosure only, not data modification or service interruption.
