Database read and modification via arttype SQL injection
Published Mar 23, 2025 · Updated Mar 24, 2025
SQL injection in PHPGurukul Art Gallery Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to alter database queries through arttype. The add-art-product.php handler incorporates the user-controlled arttype value into an SQL statement without neutralizing SQL syntax. No credentials or user interaction are required; successful queries can read or alter data available to the application's MySQL account, with consequences bounded by that account's privileges.
