Local privilege escalation via hidden accessibility service

Protection mechanism failure in Android 14 allows local users to elevate privileges by hiding an enabled accessibility service. The setupAccessibilityServices method in AccessibilityFragment.java applies faulty filtering logic that omits an enabled service from the displayed accessibility-service list. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access but no user interaction, and the resulting privilege gain can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
