Remote privilege escalation via BMP swizzler mismatch

Heap buffer overflow in Android 13 through 15 allows remote attackers to elevate privileges by triggering Skia BMP decoding. SkBmpStandardCodec::initializeSwizzler selects an intermediate color-transform format whenever a transform exists, although decodeRows uses that buffer only when xformOnDecode() is true, causing indexed BMP pixels to be written with a layout that does not match the allocated destination. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful memory corruption grants elevated execution on the affected device.
