Remote server crash via negative SETRANGE offset

Improper input validation in Apache Kvrocks 2.11.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the server via a negative SETRANGE offset. The SETRANGE command accepts a negative integer and uses it as a string index, placing the index outside the valid range and terminating the process. An exposed instance without a required password is reachable by unauthenticated network clients, and the reported consequence is a service interrupt without data disclosure or alteration.
