XXE in SolarWinds Web Help Desk 12.8.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to disclose information via crafted XML. SolarWinds identifies improper restriction of external entity references but has not published the affected parser, request path, or configuration key. Low-privilege access is normally required; local users can instead reach the condition by modifying server configuration files, and only confidentiality impact is reported.
