Deserialization in SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted 2025.2 and earlier allows local users to execute code as SYSTEM. The internal TFTP communications endpoint on localhost TCP port 8099 fails to validate user-supplied data before deserializing it. Exploitation requires authenticated low-privilege code execution on the host and yields full SYSTEM-context execution.
