Stored XSS in SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted 2025.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run scripts via crafted URL fields. The platform renders attacker-controlled content from user-created URL fields without adequate browser-markup neutralization; SolarWinds has not disclosed the exact component or code path. A low-privilege account is required, and the script can read page data or perform actions available to the affected browser session without directly interrupting the service.
