Unauthenticated root code execution via exportDiagramPage parameters
Published May 13, 2025 · Updated May 13, 2025
OS command injection in Siemens OZW672 and OZW772 Web Servers before 8.0 allows remote attackers to execute code as root. The web service fails to sanitize parameters supplied to the exportDiagramPage endpoint before operating-system command processing. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation grants full control of the embedded appliance and can affect connected building-automation operations.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
