Service interruption via unsafe prototype-path assignment

Prototype pollution in dref 0.1.2 allows remote attackers to interrupt a consuming service by supplying a crafted property path. The lib.set function splits an attacker-controlled dotted path, traverses inherited properties without rejecting proto, and assigns the supplied value through the resulting Object.prototype reference. The library is not a standalone network service; exposure requires application code to pass remote input into lib.set, after which polluted prototype state can disrupt the hosting process.
