Authenticated daemon crash via unchecked SCAN cursor

Denial of service in DragonflyDB Dragonfly before 1.27.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash the daemon via a crafted SCAN command. DashTable::Traverse derives a segment identifier from the untrusted cursor and previously used it without checking whether it addressed an existing segment. A valid account and network access to the Redis-compatible service are required, and exploitation immediately interrupts the datastore.
