Unauthenticated staff impersonation via exposed check codes
Published Feb 24, 2025 · Updated Jul 5, 2026
Authentication bypass in GreaterWMS 2.1.49 and earlier allows remote attackers to impersonate warehouse staff through the /staff route. An unauthenticated /warehouse/multiple request reveals warehouse OPENIDs, while a /staff request without staff_name or check_code returns users and their check codes. No account is required; a disclosed staff_name and check_code can be replayed in an intercepted login request to assume the chosen user's privileges.
