Unauthenticated code execution via injectable id parameter

SQL injection in Ajax.php in OS4ED openSIS 9.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through the id parameter. The GenerateApi.php removal route passes the attacker-controlled id into a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax, and an appended quote produces a database error. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation executes code in the openSIS server context.
