Stored cross-site scripting in Laravel Starter before 11.11.0 allows remote authenticated users to run script in a visitor's browser. The tag-name field stores unneutralized HTML, and the tag details view renders it as active markup when another user opens the page. Tag creation or editing permission is required, and exploitation can read or alter data available to the viewing user's browser session.
