Stored XSS in MagnusBilling 7.3.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in an administrator's browser via alarm messages. The alarm/save endpoint accepts a message in the rows JSON object, stores it unchanged, and alarm/read returns it without output encoding. Exploitation requires authenticated access and an administrator to view the saved alarm, enabling script execution in that administrator's session.
