Root command execution via unsanitized ping parameters

OS command injection in Honeywell MB-Secure 11.04 through versions before 12.53 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root. The /si/ping handler concatenates unfiltered interface and host parameters into a ping command and passes it to Lua io.popen. Any authenticated web GUI role can invoke the enabled-by-default endpoint directly, gaining complete root-level control of the alarm panel.
