Account takeover via unauthenticated password modification

Improper access control in Telesquare TLR-2005KSH 1.1.4 allows remote attackers to change an administrator password. The admin.cgi handler accepts a setUserNamePassword request without enforcing authorization before updating the stored credential. No credentials or user interaction are required, and a successful request gives the attacker control of the administrator credential.
