Broken access control in Serosoft Academia SIS EagleR 1.0.118 allows remote authenticated users to create Administrator accounts. The /rest/staffResource/create endpoint accepts a student bearer token for an administrative account-creation request without verifying an administrator role. A valid student account and network access are required; exploitation grants administrative control and permits user-account modification.
