Service crash via oversized RTP atom allocation

Resource exhaustion in AP4_RtpAtom in Bento4 1.6.0-641 allows local users to crash mp4fragment via a crafted MP4 file. AP4_RtpAtom::AP4_RtpAtom derives a signed string length from the untrusted RTP atom size and passes the resulting negative value to new[], producing an excessive allocation request. The reproducer requires a local user to run mp4fragment on the file; it demonstrates an allocator abort, while the CNA separately characterizes the impact as arbitrary code execution.
