Metadata package deletion via state-changing GET

Cross-site request forgery in OpenMRS 2.4.3 build 0ff0ed allows remote attackers to delete metadata packages via a crafted GET request. The /module/metadatasharing/export/delete.form endpoint performs a state-changing delete using the id query parameter under the victim's session. An authenticated administrator must load the crafted URL, and the demonstrated consequence is deletion of the selected metadata-sharing export package.
