Browser script execution via unneutralized tree parameter
Published Jun 25, 2025 · Updated Jun 25, 2025
Reflected XSS in CADClick 1.13.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser through the tree parameter. The ccCatalog page inserts the tree query value into its response without neutralizing HTML, so an image error-handler payload executes when the crafted URL loads. Exploitation requires a user to open the attacker-controlled URL, after which the script runs in the affected site's browser context and can read or alter data available to that session.
