Unauthorized home-page access via forged user cookie

Improper authorization in Code Projects Human Resource Management System 1.0.1 allows remote attackers to access the home page using a crafted cookie. The Index function in handler/Account.go splits the user_cookie value on underscores, Base64-decodes its final username segment, and renders index.html without validating a server-issued session. A network-reachable /index endpoint is enough to expose the home page and associated login information without a valid account.
