Local process crash via unchecked parse result

NULL pointer dereference in Augeas 1.14.1 allows local users to crash a calling process through a crafted regular expression. fa_expand_nocase passes a null parse result to re_case_expand, which dereferences re->type without checking the pointer. Triggering the flaw requires local code to invoke the libfa path; the resulting segmentation fault terminates only that calling process.
