Application crash via unchecked DICOM allocation size

Integer underflow in (X)MedCon Project XMedCon 0.25.0 allows remote attackers to crash the application with a crafted DICOM file. The DICOM handler converts a file-supplied 64-bit memory length to the narrower size_t used by malloc without rejecting an unrepresentable value. A user must open the file on an affected Windows build, and the resulting undersized allocation interrupts only the application.
