Internal data access via unrestricted server requests

Server-side request forgery in admin_webgather.php in SUCMS 1.0 allows remote attackers to read internal data via a crafted GET request. The component accepts an attacker-controlled request target and causes the server to contact internal services without restricting the destination. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful requests expose data reachable through services accessible to the SUCMS server.
