Unauthenticated file deletion via path traversal

Path traversal in admin_template.php in SUCMS 1.0 allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary files via a crafted GET request. Public records identify the affected component but do not disclose the GET parameter, path-validation failure, or deletion call that permits traversal outside the intended directory. The request requires no authentication or user interaction and causes unauthorized file removal; no file reading or code execution is reported.
