Local code execution via undersized VC-1 decoder data

Heap buffer overflow in GPAC 2.5 allows local users to execute arbitrary code by processing a crafted MP4 file with MP4Box. The isor_declare_track function strips an eight-byte VC-1 decoder-configuration header without first ensuring dsi_size exceeds eight, so unsigned subtraction supplies an oversized length to the property-copy path. Exploitation requires local MP4Box DASH processing of the crafted file; the published proof of concept demonstrates an out-of-bounds read and process abort, while code execution is asserted but not demonstrated.
