Unauthenticated database changes via exposed WCF service

Improper authentication in WhatsUp Gold 2024.0.1 through 2024.0.2 allows remote attackers to alter wireless MAC groups over WCF. NmConfigurationManager.exe exposes IWirelessAPIConfiguration on port 9719 without authentication and accepts SOAP calls that create, read, or delete WhatsUp.dbo.WrlsMacAddressGroup rows. Network access to that service is sufficient; successful requests change wireless MAC-group data and the related web-interface state.
