Bot account takeover via retained OAuth credentials

Authentication bypass in affected Mattermost Server releases allows remote authenticated users to gain access to converted bot accounts. Account conversion leaves the user's Google OAuth credentials attached, and the Google OAuth signup flow accepts those stale credentials for the bot account. Exploitation requires a low-privileged account linked to Google OAuth that an administrator later converts to a bot, exposing that bot's permitted data and actions.
