Remote code execution via PHAR theme source

PHAR deserialization in PrestaShop 8.2.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through a crafted theme-import POST request. ThemeManager::install passes the attacker-controlled import_from_web value to Tools::createFileFromUrl, whose fopen handling accepts a phar:// source and deserializes malicious archive metadata. The proof of concept specifies PHP 7.x and a back-office request carrying a CSRF token; public evidence does not establish whether an employee session is also required.
