Credential disclosure via Base64-encoded authentication cookies
Published Nov 20, 2025 · Updated Jul 5, 2026
Cleartext credential exposure in FS S3150-8T2F firmware before 2.2.0D Build 135103 allows attackers to read administrator credentials. The web interface places the administrator username and password in Base64-encoded cookie fields and sends them with every POST request. An attacker able to observe those requests or execute script in an administrator's browser can decode the values and reuse the credentials.
