Account takeover via unrestricted login attempts

Authentication bypass in Safe App a3.0.9 allows remote attackers to access user accounts by brute-forcing the login endpoint. The login API endpoint accepts unlimited successive password attempts without throttling, lockout, or another restriction. No credentials or user interaction are required to submit guesses; a successful guess exposes the targeted account's data and functions.
