Local file inclusion in Vasco Self-Service Portal 3.14 and earlier allows remote attackers to read sensitive server files via the help menu. The public report locates the flaw in the help-menu file-loading path but does not disclose the parameter, file, function, or validation failure. Exploitation requires no authentication but does require interaction with the help menu; documented impact is read-only disclosure, including configuration files.
