Process memory consumption via unreleased IAMF parameters

Memory leak in FFmpeg git-master before commit d5873b allows attackers to consume process memory through malformed IAMF parameters. In libavformat/iamf_parse.c, param_parse allocates a parameter object but returns after rejecting inconsistent subblock durations without freeing it. Reachability requires attacker-controlled IAMF data to enter this parser; public sources demonstrate retained memory, not a crash or data compromise.
