CVE-2025-25450Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Privilege escalation via pre-MFA session token

Published Mar 6, 2025 · Updated Mar 7, 2025

Improper authentication in TAAGSOLUTIONS GmbH MyTaag 2024-11-24 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to disable account 2FA. The /session endpoint returns a settings-capable session token after password validation but before second-factor verification, and /user accepts that token to set the 2fa field to 0. Possession of a victim's email address and password is required; disabling 2FA permits subsequent account access with only those credentials.
