Underpayment via unvalidated transaction amount

Payment tampering in Information Kerala Mission SANCHAYA 3.0.4 allows remote attackers to alter property-tax payment amounts. The Property Tax Payment Portal accepts a client-supplied payment amount in an intercepted transaction request without verifying it against the amount due. No authentication or user interaction is required, and a reduced value is processed into a receipt, enabling underpayment and loss of tax revenue.
