Account access via stored template-field script injection
Published Mar 13, 2025 · Updated Mar 19, 2025
Stored XSS in The Plugin People JEMH before 4.1.69-dc allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in users' browsers. The template HTML field stores crafted content without neutralizing script-related HTML tags, causing the payload to run when another user views the template. Administrator privileges are required to plant the payload, and execution can expose the victim's account to the attacker.
