Traffic interception via disabled TLS certificate validation

Improper TLS certificate validation in Home Assistant Core before 2024.1.6 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to intercept outbound HTTPS traffic. Affected integrations pass the former verify_ssl boolean as aiohttp's ssl argument, where ssl=True disables certificate checking instead of enabling it. Exploitation requires control of the network path; attackers can read or alter exchanged data and interrupt affected requests.
