Authenticated file disclosure via export path traversal

Path traversal in HumanSignal Label Studio before 1.16.0 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files through project exports. The SDK download function joins decoded image references to upload or local-file roots without rejecting parent-directory sequences before copying resources into VOC, COCO, or YOLO archives. An account able to create tasks and export a project can retrieve files readable by the server process, including configuration data and credentials.
