Cache-write degradation via hash-flooding keys

Hash-flooding denial of service in IBM Terracotta 10.15.0 through Fix 23 and 11.1.0 through Fix 5 allows attackers to degrade cache writes. The Ehcache 3.x component accepts unfiltered, unsalted external values as cache keys, allowing colliding keys to degrade hash-table insertion performance. Exposure requires an application to use attacker-controlled values directly as cache keys; the bounded impact is slower cache writes rather than a reported crash.
